Support Coordination is funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and is allocated to assist you with implementing your plan. When you’re developing your NDIS Plan, talk to your planner about the assistance you may need.
We can assist you to coordinate your services as needed.
Our knowledgeable and reliable NDIS Support Coordinators are committed to working with and for you to achieve positive outcomes. Your Support Coordinator will take the time to get to know you, your goals, interests and needs to find the right solutions for you.
Becoming an NDIS participant and starting your plan can be an exciting and challenging time. Finding the right services, coordinating the supports you need and keeping everything on track – there’s a lot to manage.
Our Support Coordinators will assist you to navigate through the process in a participant centred approach.
Independent – we do not provide any other service besides Support Coordination
